spent around 3 hrs on this one.ref used…i think im getting better at this.

on the other hand…i’v been givn my first official production concept art assignment.a SUPER MAJOR breakthrough for me.they recognise me finally after one an half year.its not a big assignment but its an official assignment so all good :slight_smile:

I just looked through your thread. Good stuff! I like the clean and simplified figures, and the sack sketches are funny. Nice textured look on that old lady. Keep it up.

a speed paint i did today as part of by DPP drive (digital paint practise :arteest: ) .it took me around 30 min but i think i could hav done it under 20 easily.i’l post some pencil sketches in eveing. til then enjoy this

you are an excellent artist, an getting such nice comments from ppl like you makes us mere mortals jump with joy… i hope you like the new update…

so yea…i cant draw faces…sad considering im trying to get better at all round level…so i decided to put some effort in it every now and then…here is what the latest bunch looks like…they are in order from old to new…





some stuff did during one of assignments…one was practise sketch and other got altered completly from wht it is here :smiley:

OK PPL…now this is a first time for me…i’m really messy when it comes to traditional mediums especially when the mediums are wet… :stuck_out_tongue: thats why i chose to stay away from them when they were outta syllabus in art college.but thanks to Sakura, which finally lauched in India last month,i bought a portable watercolor kit…i really wanted to learn some traditional medium which i cud use on the go and this was great but …it hadnt even used it once since i bought it…
but i finally took some courage and went on my first ever watercolor thumbnail spree…i really liked my first attempt…what do you think???
