Hey bro, glad to see that you finally got your sketch thread, I hope to see more work by you soon, I like all the sketches you posted, but the OFDW is very cool, I would love to see more like that!, welcome to the sketchbook forum :slight_smile:

Hi there, nice sketches! Copying from references really does help a lot…your OFDW piece is very nice too, I think it can use some more darks in areas though.

NR43-thnx for ur comments.sure i’l let you in,im in my final year of my degree in multimedia an i was mostly in manga for sometime til i got a reality check last may an since then i’v bin in human anatomy pretty seriously.im trying to get in indian comic scene(which is small right now).i prefer to use all kind of book like loomis,bridgeman,brnth hogarth(sorry for spellin) so that i get more ideas an knowledge and getting my tablet in that same time worked for my advantage:twisted: i hope i havnt left anything :stuck_out_tongue:

Really enjoyed going through your thread…I like the bone studies …key to getting great muscle studies…unedstand the first, and the latter becomes more convincing, and easier…:slight_smile:
Wouldn’t mind seeing you do a nice copy of a multi figure action composition… say a Rubens of your choice…I think that that exercise would really enhance your knowlage of the figure in motion, and would take all of your future works to a higher level,…be it comics or whatever you chose to do with the human figure…JUST A THOUGHT…:slight_smile:
REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING MORE OF YOUR WORK, AND PROGRESS…:thumbsup:

wow - even on this page I can see so much improvement! Your Titan is fantastic - you’ve captured the pose and the details perfectly. Amazing sketches too with lots of interesting poses and use of perspective within the pose - excellent! The only thing I can say is that on some, and only some, sketches, the shading is a little flat, but on others it’s spot on. Just pointing it out, but since you evidently can draw and shadel, you probably know that already.

thank you everyone.im glad you liked my work.it means alot specially when it comes from the forum leader :slight_smile: i’m lil slow right now cause of my paper work associated with my double thesis(yea it actually double :frowning: ) but i’l try to post up some good stuff real soon.

hello everyone.this time i need some help .im makin this muay thai idea i thot of when spirit dreamer advised me to try a compostion with more then one person.its stil incomplete and i’l appriciate all the paintovers and tips i can get :slight_smile: .hey anandpg thnx for stoppin by an lookin at my stuff
here a color blocking excersice i did jus to test the effect of drill digital sol gave me a day back.thnx sol:thumbsup:.i’m stil not even a month old to painter .

actually i still havnt been able to spend enough time on max that i can confidently model organic characters(the reason there are no 3dmodels here) and since this is for my thesis i don want to screw up so my characters are 2d whereas at someplaces my bgwil be in 3d i’l post some of it soon as soon as its done.i was practising hitler this way to get a hang of his face.
