So it begins! This is my first serious attempt at making something CG. It was done in Maya and Zbrush. This is still a work in progress so there are some obvious fixes that still need to be made.

Nice Work Kalene,

the drawings are as sweet as ever.
The cg is already a big step. To get a good view on the shape and characteristic of the head, you might wanna try using a backlight too. Not the face is too dark at the back and you loose a lot of info.
I’m not really sure on your intensions about the head - if it is meant to be cartoony or caricaturistic or something else - but maybe you want to exagerate the intesion. Could make it very interesting. Also gives you more freedom to sculpt the head in a less clean way.

Phenomenal work in all areas, I love the latest drawings in particular - one small crit is that the figures seem to gradually grow smaller below the waist, to the feet - but the rendering so far is superb! Thanks for posting these. :slight_smile:
