Hey man :buttrock: lookin good
keep at it man…
Sketchbook Thread of Jaisan V -2D/3D
some more sculpting on the woman comming out of sphere…now i feel like i need to retopologize the mesh in zbrush to continue…till now no reference used…mostly relying on the anatomy study in progress…would be of help if anyone can give a paintover or anything regarding guesture and shape of the sculpt so far…

heres the anatomy study so far…very basic sculpts of bones of body…

retopologised the mesh in zbrush and evened out the poly’s…now i can go for more definitions…

Looks pretty good.
One thing I wonder about is if streching this far backwards the breasts wouldn’t be stretched more as well? Just wondering…
thanks for the thought Johan…i really need to study images in similar pose…till now it was like guess work…wish we had a life study class anywhere here…
btw here’s what i ve been doing on the anatomy study…the muscles are very basic for now…i need to bring more form changes in it later on…for now its more of the origin and insertion points…

Impressive works. I think I’m gonna do the same kind of advanced ecorche when I finish my basic.
thanks man…i believe ecorche study can help you a lot…coz knowing the thing you sculpt can bring better results…this for now is like an introduction for me to anatomy…next after i become clear wih few things i plan for a much more detailed study with all the different muscles, veins and skin on an organised mesh…
here is the ecorche update…

and here is the lazy man’s basemesh of it…

maybe now i need to retopoogise some these in zbrush and bring much more definitions to the forms…
here is an update on the lady from sphere…I now plan to bring this to a concept…I was going through some mythology stuff from the epic Ramayan when i came upon the story of Ahalya who was cursed by her husband to become stone when he finds out that she had fallen to lord Indra’s seduction even after her being completely aware of the reality …And later when lord Rama sets foot on that place the curse breaks and she comes to life with all the beauty…
i m planing to depict that transformation back from the stone to the real flesh and bone…anyways heres some more sculpt on the model…

Your Ecorche turned out really nice man, great work! I think I need to get on doing one of those as well ![]()
Thanks Zakk…
So finally think ll get started again…
here are few attempts…

An attempt at my mirror self…
