[left]Hi Everyone.
So I guess I should probably start by introducing myself. Hmm where to start. oh I know My name’s Devere Wint and I’m your Friendly Neighbourhood Jamaican/Canadian Industrial Design Student. I’ve been browsing around for a while and this figurative anatomy thread/community is nothing short of spectacular. People from amateurs to professionals from all walks of life all over the world coming together in a virtual community to helping each other out and learning. Rebeccak certainly deserves a round of applause for comig up with this brilliant thread here on Cgsociety. I’ll try my best to become an active member of the virtual society, hopefully learning (through critiques contributing to the learning and improvement of others) and improving allot within the time I spend here. Well now to start posting I’ll start with my first real attempt at “colour” digipainting in photoshop. "yeah I know painters superior but at the moment the learning curb is way to hard.

The rest are more or less a collection of life drawings and master studies and copies from photo reference. 1 or 2 from imagination.

Hi there
that’s a great thread start!

May I ask to keep the width of your images at max 800px wide?
Your thread will “read” a lot better that way.

i would love to see you do some figure studies with a some of light and shadow implemented
nice linework for sure!

thanks NRd3. I was trying to figure out how to adjust the width, did quite get it write. I’ll bring em in ps and adjust the size as soon as I get back from Life drawing tonight. And I’ll be sure to do some of my form studies using vaue. probably marker, since its not too messy I’;m also looking into getting some charcoal so I can try that out.
