Sketchbook Thread of Cisc0

#21

Here we have another little series of sketches: in the first one I realized that I need to focus my attention on legs and how they works. In the second one I made my best female torso ever (^^).In the third one I was inspired by Stjepan Sejic drawings… and don’t worry about the writing, it was only a joke between me and my character, I don’t have nothing versus homosexuals.

Digital training from mind. Very boring images :

#23

Here’s the last one of the day I suppose…

#24

Wow! Awesome drawings, Cisco! I love the range of freedom that you exercise with your figures… very refreshing! Definitely LFTSM!

#25

Thanks Anand! I’m glad that you like my doodles; I’m really eager to improve my manuality with the tablet :D.
Just for curiosity: what’s the meaning of LFTSM?

#26

LFTSM = Looking Forward To Seeing More!

Update…

sketching from mind

#28

Quick study sketch from mind for a research at school. I like it but there’re a lot of things that don’t convince me at all (the neck, legs position and the twisting of the body for example).

Digital practice:

and an old sketchbook page that I fixed with censorship for Photobucket:

#30

Again digital, this time I tried to add some shadows

#31

just practicing with the blending tool of Nebezial before sleeping. I know colors are horrible, there aren’t any shadows and lights and probs there’re a lots of other mistakes etc… but I’m quite happy for the first time I tried to use it well. The drawing is from mind.

Sketches from school:

These drawings are portraits of one of my classmates posing instead of our model… sorry for the bad quality of the photos

#33

I like these last ones on toned paper…

Don’t worry about the picture quality too much… it’s the real thing that counts and a picture gives us a nice idea anyway. Traditional work looks so much better in real life…

I’m gonna get me a big pile of toned paper soon… some classmates have been using it too and they’re creating awesome stuff on it…

#34

I like to use shiny toned paper because it works great with pen. It’s the same paper u could use for packages

#35

Having fun with ink on “laminil” (I don’t know how it’s in English).

Update

inspired by the song “Comfortably numb” - Pink Floyd

And these are sketches I did this morning in my classroom; I particulary enjoyed the little portrait of my art’s history teacher: I think he was wondering why I was looking at him so intensely for those 5 minutes

#37

With no inspiration I decided to practice with the blending tool

#38

Lady from mind.Inspired by Nebezial’s characters. I particulay loved to give her a little life

#39

Just having fun sketching a space marine. I love the Warhammer 40k’s atmosphere…

Keep 'em coming!
Would love to see some longer studies from you.
