I want to begin working as a team to create short videos, specifically for practice and getting better at working with Maya/Zbrush etc. The idea is to come up with anything for a short video, have a few people model, Rig, and animate and collaborate on something fun and enjoyable. This will all initially help us with working as a team, working in the specific program, setting goals etc. Even go for challenges and competitions
About me- Im a college student and soon will be going for Bachelors in fine arts in Media animation. So basically I want and need to work in programs like- Zbrush/Maya/max/ photoshop/ Mudbox etc
My goal is to set up team and during out free time we can work on short videos-(I’m open to any suggestions)
I have seven years of experience with modeling and texturing, but modeling is my strong point- I actually want to go full blast with animation, in hopes to land a job in the film industry. But I’m not that good with animation in programs like Maya, max. Im learning as the day goes by… I use Digital tutors as help and youtube etc
TBH this project is mostly for students learning or whomever wants to join for the experience- Portfolio etc
