I’m looking for the proper forum to market my short screenplay “Fly With Me” which is available free of charge to any animator wanting to bring it to life. Basically, it’s a no-dialogue 2-1/2 pages screenplay involving two houseflies on a window pane named Trixie and Potter. Potter proposes marriage to Trixie and shows her an engagement ring but then drops it into the mouth of a Venus flytrap down below. Potter goes down into the flytrap to retrieve the ring but accidentally trips one of the hairs and the mouth snaps shut trapping Potter inside! Trixie tries to force the mouth of the flytrap open but she’s not strong enough. Potter manages to stick his arm out and when he opens his closed fist we see he’s got the ring in his hand. Trixie takes the ring and sees how strongly it reflects the sunlight coming through the window. She uses this light to burn through the flytrap’s stem, severing it’s ‘head’ thus rescuing Potter.
