Hi,
I remember there was a thing called “containers” that was somewhat useful to organize shading nodes in the Hypershade and this thing later turned into the “assets” which I think not too many people adopted.
Anyways, i am trying to give this a shot again right now and while the Hypershade features assets commands in the “edit”-menu it does not seem to do anything with shading nodes in Maya 2016.
Interestingly there seems to be no documentation for that anymore either:

Did this somewhat got abandoned?
