Setup Redshift as default renderer on startup?

In Cinema 4D R26, unless I have setup Redshift as my current renderer, my custom palette for redshift does not appear.

Is there any way I can force Cinema 4D to always have redshift as its default renderer when it launches?

Set up a scene as you like it for a default, then call the command “Save as Default Scene”
