Set Planted Key in CATRig ?

Hello,
I have been using CAT Rig for the first time and I would like to ask you are there any options in CAT as " Set Planted Key" and " Free Key" as in Biped in 3DS Max 2012 ? For example I want the hand to stay in place for a few frames as I animate the rest of the body.
