I bought Photoshop CS4 last week and the installation went well and my serial number was accepted. Problems appeared when I restarted my computer. Photoshop refused to start and it complained something about serial problems. I decided uninstall it but I couldn’t do it so I tried to perform a repair install. Everything went from bad to worse. Photoshop started again but it was asking my serial number and my serial number wasn’t valid anymore. I think I should have deactivated my serial number before performing the repair install but I couldn’t do it because Photoshop refused to start. I already contacted Adobe and they said I should call Adobe software activation number. I’m going to call them but it would be nice to hear what you think.
