Selection in viewport updates the selection in multilistbox

I need a example of this, when i select one object or more in viewport, it selects and update in a multilistbox too

Of course, I understand that everyone is in a hurry, everyone is busy, that answers are needed right now … but three or four years ago, asking about a solution without showing your own attempt was kinda indecent.
That is why, I just go to this site out of habit, almost not hoping to find something new.
