Seeking suggestions for recreating this Photoshop design in 3D for 3D Printing?

Hello, I would like create a physical version of this design I created in Photoshop. I’m thinking to create a 3D model of the the frame and gems in this design and then 3D print them.

Could anyone suggest an approach to creating this beveled metal look as a 3D model?

I have Cinema 4D and have used it some but I am not an expert by any means. Do you think 3D printing would be the best way to go to create a physical version of this design?

Your thoughts are much appreciated. Thank you - Jeff

It doesn’t seem too hard to replicate. Just use sub-d modeling. It’s repetitive, so create one piece, then apply symmetry modifiers to repeat it radially. Export as a subdivided mesh. Make sure it is waterproof.
