Searching for a particular website on re-creating Rembrandt van Rijn's textures

I’m looking for a website that I ran across 2 years or so ago that was an exploration into determining exactly how Rembrandt van Rijn created the textures in his later works, and how that texture was approximated by the website’s author. It was extensive, as I remember… many pages of trial and error using different materials, many detailed photos, some discussion of forgeries and so on. I know there are a lot of websites that talk about Rembrandt’s technique in a few paragraphs, but I’m really only interested in this one particular website that I can’t seem to find now.

Anyone know the website?
