Search a tutorial for my "style" of drawings

hi there !
i used photoshop for a while as a tool of compositing for my drawings but im stuck now on 1 thing; colors.

i draw sketches in pen and ( without inking ) i put colors. its the way i like it but id like to upgrade from paper to cg…question :

does anyone know a good tutorial about coloring sketches ?

Not sure if this is what you need but I was a paper artist before doing it in PhotoShop. This tutorial on inking and coloring is what got me started on the road to doing CG art. Of course there are other sites…

Check out: www.3dtotal.com orwww.imaginefx.com - both of those sites have great tutorials on how to accomplish what you’re talking about. There’s also ballistic publishing and some of the CG workshops here. I find that google and youtube come in handy when searching for tutorials - look up “digital painting” or “digital comic coloring” etc…

IDK if you mean colored pencil renderings or straight comic coloring - each one has it’s own techniques - but really when you get down to it, the techniques are similar…
