Sculpting pixar cartoon style? Know of any tutorials?

#1

Im kinda tired but ive been googling around for it and i cant find anything.

Are their any tutorials on how to sculpt pixar style? For example like the incredibles. That round-ish over exaggerated facial style is awesome.

If its not called pixar style then sorry, i have no idea what to call it. Mainly like the faces of the incredibles. Its a neat style id love to practice on but i have no idea where to start.

So can someone maybe point me to a good tutorial? Tips and corrections are more than welcome!

Either zbrush or mudbox or even maya.

Its not cheap. $299 for the on demand class with no tutor feedback.

There is also a mentored course which I assume is even more expensive.

I’m actually looking for the same thing, checked out the link above but does anyone have just online tutorials (free preferable).

Looking at using the same software as above, will be implementing objects with the models as well.

Looks great. It kinda saddens me how hard it is to find a simple stylized tutorial.

All i want to do is make a stylized female. Eventually males as well. Been googling the entire day for something but all ive found was redbeards intro to zbrush which is half way there, but i need the whole body with animating in mind. None i have found focus on sculpting with animating in mind sadly.

there are some vids they might help…
but sculpting is only for design finding… for the volume…
in the end they are clean modeled with polygons…
a clean meshflow is very important for animated chars…
