Scripting FK of Skeleton Rig

I have a good challenge here for a very skilled rigger. I am putting together an animation in which I have a set of data expressing the position of each joint within a HumanIK skeleton, basically a spreadsheet where the joints are given their position per frame of the animation, super old school maybe, but generated algorithmically, this is done in lieu of using key frames. I am going to be using 3d body scans for the skin of the model and the skeleton will need to match this geometry, but as I said the joint positions are generated per frame in the algorithm.
Basically, I am looking to hire someone who can expertly solve this problem for me, hopefully creating a pipeline between the data output and the animation software to achieve as photo realistic an image as possible (backgrounds will be white with only a few scene lights for illumination). I’d prefer to hire someone for a plug in development (i know some maya and 3dsmax, but if they make a strong argument for other software, I am open to the possibilities).
If anyone is interested or knows of a company that may be able to pull this off please let me know. Again this is a commissioned task, pay will be determined by expertise and execution.
