Scholarship in 3D modeling and animation ?

I’m an Egyptian graduated student from faculty of fine arts , I have a BSC in sculpture ,. I already have knowledge of many software in this fields ( Zbrush , maya). However, the self-studies didn’t help me reach a professional standard especially that this business doesn’t really exist in my country. I can’t afford the fees of studying abroad, so I need a full scholarship that can be given to international students for studying animation , I want to get a degree in 3D modeling . If you have any idea about good animation schools , please help

I haven’t found anything that gets you all the way in CGI related. Possibly Computer Science and Research. Do a search on ‘full scholarships’. Where they exist they are extremely hard to win as well.
