Scaling objects to camera - 3ds max

Hi, I’m working on a project now (3ds max), where I’m trying to make a fake GUI. What I want to do is have the scale of some text be the same size no matter how close the camera is.
In other words, have the text be for instance 10 pixels high and wide in the view, no matter if the cam is a meter or a kilometer away. Im not sure how to do it though. Im guessing I have to set up a scale controller, but I cant figure out how to. Ill need to move the camera very fast and not in a straight line, but looking at the text all the time. Any help you can give would be very appreciated.

Ive also tried with a linked protractor to no avail. It seems like Im trying to convert two incompatibles all the time, like 1,1,1 cant link to [float] or some other similar text. Please help.
