SCALE problem with characterising

when i import my skeleton from maya (a skeleton of a mouse) , characterising goes smoothly until i go into control rig activation , the controlers of motion builder are too big for the rig ,

HELP ?

You can change their size from properties/marker settings/size.
Their size can be changed at once if pick the all from schematic and the
change the settings. Same goes for the bones and floor contacts…
