When I paste elements from an open document into a new empty “untitled.lwo” document, then use Export As>OBJ I get some weird behaviour.
If I name the file 1.obj, door.obj, doorleft.obj, all goes fine and the file gets saved.
If name the file doorLeft.obj, door_left.obj, I get “Scene save was unsuccessful”.
Anyone has this?

I’ve encountered the same -8 License error issue on my machine when trying to run modo. I purchased the program, and it ran fine under the 14-day trial license while I was waiting for my license to be generated. As soon as I installed the new license, I started getting the -8 error. I tried reinstalling the license, deleting and reinstalling modo, etc., etc., and none of it worked.
I contacted Luxology and they kept saying to delete the .lic and .cfg file out of my app support folder in my main Library. I only found the .lic file, and after doing what they said, it STILL doesn’t work. They haven’t gotten back to me in the past two weeks after telling them that their ‘fix’ didn’t work.
Any ideas? (Running on a Dual 2.5 G5 on OS 10.3.6)
