Hi, i have a sapphire amd HD 6850, i intended to change it when the new 20nm graphics cards but i read that they won’t sell those until end 2015 so i can wait 1 year but i could also buy in the meantime a nvidia gtx 750 ti, for you is worth it? i use maya and zbrush, i do nothing intensive and maybe my card is enough but how much difference would i see with a 750 ti?

Very little difference. Certainly not worth it for the uses you list.
Z Brush doesn’t really care about Graphics card too much & for Maya the cards are of similar speed. The only reason to make that change would be if you need CUDA support really urgently.
