I suppose it depends on how you want to break it.
You have a few options. The easiest approach would be to use a physx solvent on the binds. This completely dissolves binds according to the params you set; be it by icon, time, data channel, or specific Glue test.
The next option would be via the breakability parameters in the Glue Test itself. This gives you the ability to impose collisions and/or forces to create the failure. I say the latter is easier, simply for the fact that you will have to adjust the Glue params until you get a correct feel for the breakage.
Of course, you can use both at the same time
