Rolled paper corner

Hi,

Could anyone give me a hint how should I start modelling a very simple geometry like the one below:

If the paper was symmetrically rolled, It’d be easy.
But to do it so the corner is rolled only… ? (Maybe a bit more rolled than in the picture)

Bend modifier, angle the bend gizmo so it’s going the right direction, then use the bend limits so that it only goes from one side.
