Right/Left arm doesn't seem to be parallel with X axis?

HI everyone.

I’ve got a character from Evolver and brought the FBX into Maya 2012. I ran the characterization tool and first I tried autorenaming things, but that didn’t work. So now I’ve went through the rig and assigned all the needed bones.

However when I did this, I got a yellow triangle in the corner saying that the left and right arms aren’t parallel to the X axis. Now I did move one of the arms before I started assigning, but I moved it back into place so I don’t get what’s wrong.

Does anyone have an idea of what I can do to solve this issue Those appear to be the only bones with a problem. Left and Right arm. Thanks.

Nevermind, I figured it out.

For anyone who has this problem in the future, you can ignore it unless you know something’s wrong. Everything will still work as planned.
