Rigging Gets all Screwed up (Please Help)

I have to make a deer in a forest by next Thursday, and I’m having trouble rigging my deer. I put all this time into setting up IK and stuff, then sometimes if I do something weird, or even when I Save the scene, and Reopen it, This happens.

I don’t know how to fix it. I have Re done this so many times, because I screw one thing up. then When I’m happy with it, I save it. Then when I open up the saved Scene it gets all screwed up!

Does anyone know what’s going on?

Select all the bones and hit the “r” key ( in the setuppose ).
It’ s because the parenting was changed so you have to rebind the bones.

I had some trouble getting that solution to work, but when I did it, before setting up IK it worked. Thanks!
