Rigging and FBX Export

Hi everybody,
I not really a good 3D designer and not a good 3DSMax user (I’m computer scientist). For an experiment I need to create a clone of my boss.
I made a model of him. And try to rig it. I used BonyFace and Autoweight scripts to help me. All is fine in 3DSMax, I can move all I need to animate it. As I need to use my character in Unity3D. I try to export it in FBX. It’s create a creepy result, both in 3DSMax and in Unity3D.
I attached a screen capture of the original model on left and the export/import FBX model.
I hope somebody can help me.
