Hi all, i´m trying to get an effect similar to this, the effect that is behind the type i don´t know if it is a filter or a shape or what it is, then if anyone know something about it please help me.

There are a few ways to go about this, but all will start with creating either a path or shape layer using the Pen Tool. Either create the shapes as a path by making a figure-eight shape and cutting and splicing it up into two paths that can be colored differently, or use that figure-eight shaped path to make selections that you can fill with different colors.
Personally, I would keep it paths and shape layers the whole time, but that would require you to be familiar with how paths work.
