reusing simple maya muscle setup

Hi all!

I´m fairly new to working with muscles in maya, so this might be a quite newbie question but I would like to know if there is a clean way to reuse a muscle system along various rigs.
I have a character rigged with a clomplete muscle setup on top. Now I would like to reuse that same muscle setup on another character rig (same joint names, controls names etc.), with different proportions. I see that the muscle objects are closely bound to the joint objects, so I don´t know how to duplicate those muscle objects and applied to my other rig in a clean way.
Is there any way?
