ReTimer Alternative

Does anyone know of an alternative to Retimer (the software that retimes footage to slow-mo or speeds it up).

Any advice would be great!!

I thought Combustion 4 comes with a tool like that.

does anyone know if the tool in Combustion 4 (Time Warp) is like ReTimer or Twixtor, or is it just frame blending?

I just tryed Twixtor and it’s really awsome. I think retiming in combustion 4 would just blend the frames on each other, while Twixtor could track the datas and motion blur them. It’s not easy to get nice results with it though. Most of the time you need to work scene by scene.
