Rendering Weirness resulting in bad dubbing effect

Hi,

I am currently trying to render a number of after effects compositions in adobe media encoder.

I am rendering out to flash video.

The problem I am experiencing is that, the renders are coming out with the correct audio but sometimes they are coming out with the wrong video on top of that audio.

Any ideas as to why this is happening would be a massive help as I have a big deadline this afternoon and alot of movies to render.

You are using compressed sources (AVCHD etc.), right? Then convert them. some flavors of that stuff are not suitable for Adobe products at this point…
