Render problems. shading PLEASE HELP!

i CANNOT RENDER MY SHADOWS PROPERLY, i HAVE RADIOSITY ON AND AUTOMATIC EXPOSURE CONTROL BUT THOSE DONT SEEM TO BE THE PROLEM, I THINK MY PROBLEM IS IN THE 5 fREE LIGHTS i USED, THE SHADOWS ARE BUMPY AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE hospital bed in the render below, any help appreciated, thankyou! joe
