Render Output With strange lines ???

When i render any footage from AfterEffects CS4 ( either in a mov format or a PNG sequence), it shows some strange lines on it.

>> THE LINES ARE MORE VISIBLE WHERE THE FOOTAGE HAS MORE MOTION IN IT. <<

Read the help files on interlacing/ fields and how to retain them throughout your workflow (or get rid of them).
