Render issue

Hi just getting back into Vue version 5.11 but having a issue with the render see image below. any one any ideas?

Machine spec is 6600 Quadcore 4 gig of ram, XP Home SP2 Graphics card ATI 1900 Crossfire (only one card installed thought).

Is this the preview view or a render? To me this looks like the graphic card problem.

1st I would make sure you have the latest patch for Vue and make sure you have the correct video drivers installed.

2nd - check your File, Options menu and look at the openGL settings. Try turning them up/down and see if that makes any difference.

3rd - if none of the above helps, contact e-on support.

Cheers while it’s doing the passes it seems fine it’s when it does the final pass and finishes then the image ends up looking like the above one I’ll go through your list and see how I go on.

I have exactly the same problem, not sure if it is related to my ATI card, I update all drivers and programs regularly, probably an OpenGL issue, the render to screen and hard drive comes out ok though.

Hi well I think I solved it in the Opengl settings I use software rather than hardware and it seems to have gone I’m thinking of updatign to Vue Xstream as well so hopefully it will no longer happenafter I do, tim ewill tell of course.
