Can you recommend me some good video (or some other) tutorial for character modeling? I work in 3DS Max for a year,but I have never created character model.
Now,I want to learn more about character modeling,so I need some good tutorial for this.

check out the tutorials on www.3dtotal.com - there are some good Max specific character modelling walkthroughs on there. Also www.3dbuzz.com have some excellent downloadable video tutorials.

OK,I found some good tutorials on 3D Total.

Joan d’arc on 3dtotal.com. It’s a bit outdated (done in version 3 or 4), but I like it, because it covers the whole process from modelling to texturing and rigging.

Gnomon workshop is as about as good a training resource for serious character modeling & texturing as you’ll find.

Lynda.com has a pretty lengthy series on 3ds Max, including character modeling and animation… $25/mo and you can start right now…cancel/suspend/re-activate at any time.
