The company has a strong foundation of games industry experience including Dave Jones (Managing Director – Creator of Lemmings, GTA), Tony Harman (Commercial Director – previously Vice President of Nintendo of America) and Ian Hetherington (Chairman – Founder of Psygnosis and previously Managing Director of Sony Computer Entertainment Europe)[/font]

[font=Arial]We are currently working on 2 exciting next generation products for the Xbox 360 and PC – the vacancy advertised here will involve working with the Unreal 3 Engine on a cutting edge MMOG.[/font]

[font=Arial]The specific role will involve the following responsibilities:[/font]

[li][font=Arial]Managing a team of Environment Artists in the production of next-gen quality environment assets.[/font]
[/li][li][font=Arial]Provide feedback which is concise and accurate detailing out any issues that need to be addressed in order to approve an asset.[/font]
[/li][li][font=Arial]Will assist current Environment Lead in maintaining a consistent quality and style for the environment assets.[/font]
[/li][li][font=Arial]Mentor[/font][font=Arial] and lead by example less experienced artists, providing them with support, guidance and instruction in areas that contribute to their artistic and personal growth.[/font]
[/li][li][font=Arial]Will work with other team members to provide balanced solutions to both technical and aesthetic related issues.[/font]
[/li][/ul] [font=Arial]Applicants should have the following experience and skills:[/font]

[li][font=Arial]Must have at least 1 published game as a Senior Artist or Dept Lead.[/font]
[/li][li][font=Arial]Must have good experience with Photoshop and 3DS Max - Z Brush experience a plus.[/font]
[/li][li][font=Arial]Should be aware of next-gen artistic pipelines – with knowledge of high poly modelling and normal mapping specifically.[/font]
[/li][li][font=Arial]Must be able to convey the style, techniques, continuity and quality of artwork as set by the Lead Artist.[/font]
[/li][li][font=Arial]Must be organised and capable of both contributing to, and scheduling the production of work to tight production schedules.[/font][font=Arial] [/font]
