Realistic wind?

Hi all,

I was wondering what the latest and greatest techniques for realistic wind might be?
I’m not sure if one volume axis field is the way to go, or maybe layering a couple of fields, one for broad wind, one for detail, etc?

I tried searching, and most of the threads are closed.

Hi,
I prefer emitting fluids from particles with a good amount of inherit velocity and a dropoff. the values would vary according to your scene scale according to your scene scale. Let it swirl with some turbulence.
