I submitted an image to the gallery but Leigh rejected it since she thought it was submitted by mistake. Is there anyway I can re-submit it or link a thread in the Finished Works to the image in my gallery?

the finished works thread should automatically link to your gallery, if you have already posted the image, the thread still exists, and can be moved back.

Oh ok, so if I just go and create a new thread in the Finished Works 3d section, it will link to the entry in my cgs portfolio? Or did I missunderstand something?

Yeah, portfolio automatically pulls artwork from the gallery system, and also fills it automatically.
