RAM that will fit under Noctua NH-U12P heatsing/fans?

As per title. I’m looking for 4x8GB RAM modules that will fit under the above heatsink. Around 1333 or 1600MHz.

Saying that - I plan to buy another heatsink for my second computer, so a smaller CPU heatsink/fan combo recomendation would also provide a solution. The Noctua overhangs one and half memory slots so Corsair Vengeance wont fit. Not sure if Dominator will fit even if I remove the fins - and again I’m unsure whether this would void the warranty.

EDIT: how important is it to have a ‘matched’ kit? There are a lot of options for 2x 2x8GB kits…

“matched” kits are relatively meaningless… its’ just a guarantee from the manufacturer that the chips came from the same batch and will work as expected in multi-channel mode. saying that, i have used both, un-matched and matched and never had a problem.

personally, if you are not an enthusiast and not overclocking to extremes, unmatched should be ok… but i guess you take your risks at the value savings (which are fairly minor these days).

as for the cooler size… can’t say, you’ld have to measure and check… but if you replace the cooler, most all enclosed cooling solutions will allow any sized memory sinks.
