Quickdirt and EGZ

Hi guys,

Hope you can help me out here. Couple of questions:

  1. Digimation Quickdirt plugin is not compatible with 3ds max 2009 and vista 64 bits? When i try to install version 1.5.3 of the plugin it gives me an error stating Quickdirt.dlm is not a valid Win32 application.

  2. I can’t seem to install egzVRayMaterials 0.8 on vista 64 bits. When I had WinXP 32 bits I only dragged the .mzp file onto any max viewport and it installed automatically, but now when i do the same with vista 64 bits it does nothing.

Hey!

I’ve been looking for that plugin desperately for the last 2 days and everything points that Quickdirt 1.5.3 is the latest version, still, it is said in most of the forums that v1.5.3 only supports Max 4 through 6 and only 32bit versions.

But all this is somewhat contradictory cuz if you take the fact of v1.5.3 being the latest one, it makes no sense when you see that in Digimations Homepage they say that Quickdirt’s latest version supports Max 4 through 9.

So I really dont understand whats going on with that =S its very confusing I will also want some answers about it.

If you have Max2009 I’m affraid that according to Digimation’s latest info, is not supported by Quickdirt nor any 64bit version.
