pulldownit

Hi…
has anyone been experiencing this…or is it just me,
every so often, my pulldownit seems to want to be re-authorized. The company said that it’s most likely a result of something changing in my hardware…but I don’t load anything new in my system and I’ve been using the same software (all licensed) for a couple years now.
They do re-send another authorization code but it’s a bit aggravating now ( 2nd time in two months ) and I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
