I really need some help with cell shading and color theory. Are their any books that explain color theory to beginners? I haven’t found to many that I can understand easily.
P.S.
Are my digital inking skills okay?

Head on over to the Art Techniques & Theories forum (linked below in my signature) for recommendations on tutorials and books for artistic training.
Your inking looks clean and organic–that’s good. If you want to take it to the next level, you’ll need to think about why you are making some areas thicker or thinner, how they relate to distance, size, weight, light direction, convex or concave, and so on. Also, think about why you are or aren’t tapering the lines when you terminate them, and they also relate to those characteristics I listed. I teach line quality in week five of my workshop (also linked below), and in that week, I dissect all those characteristics and why/how you should consider them when dealing with line quality.
