Position Title: Project CG Recruiter
Department: Lucasfilm Animation (U.S.)
Position Summary: Full-time Project Computer Graphics Recruiter, supporting the recruiting efforts focused on the Lucasfilm Animation division. This position will be located at Skywalker Ranch in Marin County, Ca.
Primary Responsibilities:

[li]Working in conjunction with the Lead Recruiter, this position will identify and pursue talented 2D and 3D artists.
[/li][li]Review demo reels and resumes to qualify candidates.
[/li][li]Present qualified candidatesÂ’ reel & resume to the hiring group for their review.
[/li][li]Schedule and participate in the group interviews with CG artists and supervisors.
[/li][li]Coordinate and facilitate candidatesÂ’ visit (i.e. interviews, lunch, tour, etc.).
[/li][li]Respond to employment inquiries by phone and in writing.
[/li][li]Generate various recruiting reports as directed by the Lead Recruiter.
[/li][li]May be assigned to develop, manage or coordinate special projects as needed.
[/li][/ul]Education, Experience and Skills:
[ul]
[li]Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
[/li][li]Prefer 1 to 2 years experience working in film, CG animation, or VFX production environment with an emphasis on recruitment/employment.
[/li][li]Requires excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
[/li][li]Capable of handling high volume of activity and meeting deadlines for placements.
[/li][li]Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
[/li][li]Exemplify diplomacy while maintaining confidentiality.
[/li][li]Proficiency using MSWord, Filemaker Pro and MS Outlook.
[/li][/ul]Physical Requirements:

[li]Required to use a computer 75% of the time.
