Pretty cool, if you’ve never seen this book before, please don’t let the horrible cover put you off, it’s actually got some very good tips in it.

besides the ‘electricimage handbook’ by john sledd it’s a sort of classic already! covering the features up to universe 4 (this was the name of EIAS at the time of writing, 2002/3), so lots of the new animator and camera functions (especially GI) are not discussed.
