Problems with my sculpture

#1

Hi! I’ve got a problem with my model that I can’t solve on my own. This is my second model I’ve done in zbrush and the program is still a bit of a mystery to me. The problem I have is that when the symmetry on my brush activated, the mesh doesn’t seem to register the symmetry “effect”. It sound’s very defuse so I will upload some pictures that shows the problem. If someone want’s to get a copy of my Zbrush file, just send me an email at hvile.o@gmail.com

Click the “Local Symettry” icon on the right of your workspace. That remembers the symettry when you move your model around.

Thank you for your help but it didn’t solve my problem:/

Can I sen you my Zbrush file, if you want to look at it closer?

Make sure you have symmetry activated on the correct axis (i’m guessing X) and perform a “mirror and weld” to restore the uniformity to both sides of your model.

Try now to see if you get better results sculpting.

[edit] actually Resym and Smart Resym may be the better place to start.

Good luck.
