Problems with exporting FBX from max to XSI

Hello

We try to convert a little mechanical spider from max to XSI.
When opening the scene in XSI (from crosswalk) we get problems with the uv’s, rig and materials per object

the model includes:

rig
materials
camera animation

We use the latest FBX 2010 from Autodesk Site and Crosswalk 4.1 from softimage autodesk site.

How to fix this problems?
