Problem with mayabatch.exe

Hello.

I have Maya 2015 on Windows 8.1.
I’ve been working on a simple animation project recently and faced an issue, which is I cannot batch render (I’m, rendering with mental ray).
The problem follows: I set up scene, click “batch render”, it takes less then a milisecond, so I suppose something’s wrong. The log says:

Starting “C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2016\bin\mayabatch.exe”
Cannot start maya

I’ve looked up for mayabatch.exe in the mentioned location and couldn’t find it. Neither can I find a solution or separated mayabatch.exe for download.

I would be extremely grateful for someone’s help. :bowdown:

Mayabatch.exe is always in the maya/bin folder. If it is missing, uninstall your maya and reinstall it.

Reinstallation helped, thank you very much. I’m just wondering where and how could mayabatch.exe dissappear. I’ve missed something probably.
