Problem in Vertical Ribbon Setup

HI,

I made a ribbon setup on vertical nurbs patch ,but when i translate the locator of the mid pos i get the proper curve the joints in the follicle follow the locators properly, but in world axis and not in object mode and the same ribbon setup that i made on horizontal nurbs patch is working fine the follicle joints follow it in object mode .

So can you help me with it .
