Problem in rendering maya hair in vray?

Hi, I’m try to render maya hair in vray, but i couldn’t get the diffuse passes out, it’s all black. Does anyone know why? Many thanks~
It works fine with vray hair though, but i still want to know how to render maya hair’s diffuse with vray ,or is it possible to do that…
